“Join us this December at the Winter School One Health 2025 in Sophia‑Antipolis: a week of multidisciplinary exploration into the interconnected health of humans, animals, plants and our environment!

Are you interested in health problematics?

Join us from 15 to 19 December 2025 at the Sophia Agrobiotech Institute in Sophia-Antipolis for the Winter School One Health 2025, co-organised and co-funded by LIFE Graduate School at Université Côte d'Azur and Plants Health Department at INRAE, with an interdisciplinary programme exploring this integrative concept.

Daily topics

  • Monday, Dec 15 (afternoon only) — “One Health in a Global World”
    Introduces the concept of One Health: its origins, core principles, and what participants can expect from the programme.
     
  • Tuesday, Dec 16 — “A Shared Living Foundation: From the Individual to the Holobiont”
    Focuses on how health and resilience emerge from dynamic interactions across ecosystems, individuals & microbiomes.
     
  • Wednesday, Dec 17 — “When Human Activities Alter the Whole Picture”
    Examines how human‑driven disruptions (antibiotic resistance, pesticides, trophic cascades, economic impacts) affect health and environment.
     
  • Thursday, Dec 18 — “Innovation through Biodiversity”
    Looks at how evolutionary biology, biodiversity and innovation can drive healthier systems via agronomy, biotech and inter‑kingdom communication.
     
  • Friday, Dec 19 (morning only) — “From Ideas to Policies”
    Transitions from theory and innovation into practice: how One Health awareness can support national strategies, biodiversity agency missions, policy implications.

> Free registration is required on the website (before midnight on December 1st, 2025):
